OpenTable, the restaurant reservation company you’ve probably seen on some of your favorite restaurant sites, went public today, up 39% from its open. The question is, how are they going to hold up in this economy? It will be an interesting one to watch. The dollar seems to be getting shellacked every day now, consumers are worried (I sure am!), and the government is printing money hand over fist. How long until a coke costs $9.99?
